These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern purchases from and use of tryskyn.com, operated by PINNACLE VENDING LLC, doing business as Penrose (“Penrose,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms before placing an order. By submitting an order and agreeing to these Terms at checkout, you agree to the terms applicable to that purchase. Our Return & Refund Policy and the purchase-specific terms displayed before checkout also apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Eligibility and account information. To purchase from our store, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and be authorized to use the payment method provided.

You agree to provide accurate and current contact, billing, shipping, and payment information. If you create an account, protect your login credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Our products. Penrose sells scented body butter and related personal-care products. Please review product descriptions, ingredients, and directions before purchasing or using a product.

Follow the directions provided on the product label. Products intended for external use should only be used externally. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.

Scent preferences, fragrance development, and scent longevity can vary with individual skin chemistry, application, and environmental conditions. These variations do not limit our advertised guarantees or your applicable consumer rights.

References to designer fragrances describe scent inspiration and do not imply that those brands manufacture, sponsor, or endorse Penrose products.

Orders and availability. Orders are subject to product availability and payment authorization. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable inventory, an inability to process payment, reasonably suspected fraud, or a material pricing error, subject to applicable law.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and promptly refund any amounts charged for the canceled portion, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price for an existing order without your agreement.

Prices and payments. Prices and currency are displayed on our website and at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other charges collected by us are disclosed before you complete your purchase.

You authorize the payment provider to charge the amount you approve at checkout. Authorization for a one-time purchase does not, by itself, authorize recurring subscription charges.

We may change prices for future purchases. Price changes do not retroactively change the price of an order already accepted. Changes affecting an ongoing subscription are addressed below.

Discounts, bundles, and promotions. Promotional offers—including “Buy 2, Get 1 Free,” “Buy 3, Get 2 Free,” subscription discounts, and discount codes—apply according to the eligibility requirements and terms displayed with the offer.

Check the items, discounts, and total shown at checkout before placing your order. Whether promotions can be combined depends on the terms disclosed for those offers.

We may change or end promotions for future purchases. We will not retroactively remove a valid discount from an accepted order.

Returns involving bundles or promotional items are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Refund amounts reflect the discounted price actually paid.

Subscriptions and recurring billing. If you expressly enroll in Subscribe & Save, your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

Before enrollment, we disclose the products included, subscription price, applicable discounts, billing frequency, delivery schedule, and any applicable shipping charges or taxes. Your subscription confirmation and account provide the details of your selected plan.

By expressly agreeing to the subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the disclosed intervals. These Terms alone do not enroll you in a subscription.

You can cancel future renewals at any time through your subscription account or by emailing support@penroseskin.us before your next scheduled charge. There is no minimum purchase commitment or cancellation fee unless a different arrangement is clearly disclosed and separately agreed to before enrollment.

Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund an order already charged, but that order remains eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.

Returning an order or receiving a refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you want both a refund and cancellation, you can request both in the same email.

We will notify you in advance of material changes to subscription pricing or other recurring terms, give you an opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect, and obtain additional consent where required by law.

Shipping and delivery. Available shipping destinations, charges, and delivery estimates are provided on our website or at checkout.

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the choices required by applicable law, including agreeing to a revised shipping date or canceling for a refund.

Contact us if your package is missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Carrier delays do not remove your statutory rights or our obligations concerning delivery.

Returns and our 30-day guarantee. Purchases from Penrose are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Under that policy:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
Opened and used products are eligible.
A return is required, and Penrose pays return shipping.
Refunds include the amount paid for returned products, applicable sales tax, and the original shipping charge. Original shipping is refunded once per order.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Sale items, promotional bundles, and subscription orders are covered.

Our Return & Refund Policy explains return instructions, bundle calculations, and refund timing. The guarantee is additional to any mandatory rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise nonconforming goods.

Order cancellation requests. Email support@penroseskin.us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change a one-time order. We will try to accommodate requests before dispatch.

If the order has already shipped, our return process remains available. Nothing in these Terms limits a cancellation right provided by applicable law.

Privacy and Shopify services. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes personal information to provide our storefront, checkout, and related services.

We use Shopify Network Intelligence. Shopify processes information from your interactions with our store together with information from your interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalization, advertising, and features that help protect and improve our business.

Information is shared with Shopify and other providers to deliver these services, and those recipients may be located in other countries.

Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices and your choices. Information about Shopify’s processing and applicable rights is available in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal.

Your product purchase is with PINNACLE VENDING LLC. We are responsible for fulfilling your order and addressing product, delivery, return, and customer-service matters.

Marketing communications. Marketing subscriptions are optional. Agreeing to these Terms or providing contact information for an order does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing text messages.

If you separately opt in, we may send promotional emails or recurring marketing texts in accordance with your choices and applicable law. Message frequency varies, and your carrier’s message and data rates may apply.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message. To stop marketing texts, reply STOP or follow the instructions provided. For help, email support@penroseskin.us.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel a product subscription or prevent necessary transactional communications through permitted channels.

Acceptable use. You must not use our website to commit fraud, provide intentionally false information, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious software, interfere with website security, or attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, security threats, or a material violation of these Terms. Restricting access does not remove your rights concerning existing orders or refunds.

Website content and intellectual property. Website text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, and other materials are owned by Penrose or used with permission, except where otherwise identified.

You may use the website for personal shopping and other lawful purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where permitted by law.

Reviews and customer submissions. Reviews and other submissions must reflect your honest experience and must not contain unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.

When you submit a review or photograph for publication, you permit us to display it with the name or identifier you provide and to make reasonable formatting changes that do not alter its meaning. You retain ownership of your content.

We may moderate submissions for legitimate reasons, such as spam, unlawful content, or disclosure of someone else’s private information. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews.

Website availability and responsibility. We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but maintenance, technical problems, or other interruptions may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

This does not exclude our responsibility for the products we sell, our advertised guarantees, or obligations imposed by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable United States federal law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

This provision does not deprive you of applicable rights to bring a claim in your local courts or rely on mandatory local consumer law.

If you have a concern about an order or these Terms, contact support@penroseskin.us so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us does not waive your legal remedies or extend any applicable legal deadline.

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms for future purchases and website use. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date.

Changes will not retroactively reduce rights associated with an existing purchase. Material changes affecting ongoing subscriptions will be communicated as described in the subscription provisions above.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
