Penrose is operated by PINNACLE VENDING LLC (“Penrose,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit tryskyn.com, purchase our products, manage a subscription, receive our marketing communications, or contact us.

PINNACLE VENDING LLC is responsible for the personal information we process as described in this policy. Where applicable data protection law uses that term, we act as the data controller.

Shopify and Shopify Network Intelligence. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information to provide our storefront, checkout, and related services.

We use Shopify Network Intelligence to support enhanced services. Shopify processes information from your interactions with our store together with information from your interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide these services, including personalization, advertising, and features that help protect and improve our business.

We share information with Shopify and other providers to deliver these services. These recipients may be located in countries other than the country where you live.
